Cancellation Policy
At Tipping Point, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel products or services.
Digital Services
(Websites, Mobile Applications, Software Development, E-commerce Solutions, Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Related Services)
- Orders may be cancelled before work has commenced.
- Once a project has started, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the work completed.
- If a cancellation is approved after work has begun, charges may apply for the completed stages, time invested, and resources used.
- Projects that have been completed, delivered, or approved by the client cannot be cancelled.
Consultancy, Training & Advisory Services
- Scheduled consultations, advisory sessions, and training programs may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
- Cancellations made after the scheduled start time or failure to attend a session (“no-show”) are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling unless otherwise agreed.
Physical Services

- Orders may be cancelled before work or procurement has commenced.
- Once materials have been ordered, manufacturing has begun, or work has started, cancellation fees may apply to cover costs already incurred.
- Any applicable refund will be determined after deducting expenses for labour, materials, administrative costs, and third-party charges.
Travel, Tourism & Event Management
- Cancellations for travel, visa assistance, accommodation, transportation, tours, or event-related services are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, event organisers, and other third-party providers.
- Any cancellation charges imposed by third-party providers will be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order or project details. Cancellation requests should include:
- Customer name
- Order or invoice number
- Service or product purchased
- Reason for cancellation
Cancellation requests will be reviewed, and you will be informed of the outcome as soon as reasonably possible.
Tipping Point’s Right to Cancel
Tipping Point reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order or service if:

- Payment is not successfully completed or is found to be fraudulent.
- The requested service cannot be delivered due to legal, regulatory, technical, or operational reasons.
- The customer breaches our Terms & Conditions.
Where Tipping Point cancels an order before work has commenced, any eligible payments received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
